Job descriptionShould have worked on and have sound understanding of preparation of workings and monthly and annual returns for VAT & GST as well as audit report, Preparation working for reply to Notices raised by GST / VAT authority Handling assessments, audits and tax litigations. Coordinate with external consultants and tax authorities with respect to tax assessments and litigations Keeping a track of all appeals and litigations ensuring closure of the same in favor of the company. Prior experience in Indirect tax ( i.E. GST / Service tax / VAT / Central Excise and Customs) is must

Key Deliverables
- Preparation of data & review of GST returns,
- Ensure timely compliance,
- Finalization of tax workings and reconciliations for submission to tax officials,
- Drafting responses for submission with tax department and collating supporting documents for the same.
