Job Summary :
We are seeking an exceptional Visa Sales Expert
to join our elite team of global mobility professionals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic sales professional with a passion for international migration, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a track record of transforming complex visa processes into seamless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prequalification
Assess client eligibility based on visa type and destination country requirements.
Conduct initial consultations to identify the client’s profile, goals, and preferences.
2. Product Explanation
Provide detailed information on different visa categories, requirements, and procedures.
Educate clients about timelines, documentation, and success factors for each visa type.
3. Identifying the Need
Understand client motivations (travel, migration, business, study, etc.) and match them with suitable visa options.
Offer tailored advice to maximize client satisfaction and success rates.
4. Sales Negotiation
Present service packages and pricing professionally.
Handle objections and close sales effectively while maintaining a consultative approach.
5. Sales Registration
Ensure proper documentation and registration of clients in CRM or sales systems.
Collect necessary payments and ensure compliance with company policies.
6. Handover to Operations Team
Provide a complete and accurate case summary to the operations team for processing.
Regulatory Compliance and Expertise
Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of global visa regulations and immigration policies
Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards across all visa application processes
Attend regular training and professional development sessions to stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements :
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Migration Studies, or related field
Additional certifications in immigration consulting are highly advantageous
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in visa, immigration, or related consulting services
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in handling complex, multi-jurisdictional visa cases preferred
