Karur Vysya Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive for our Management Information Systems (MIS) team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the bank's operations by generating, analyzing, and presenting data in a meaningful way to facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to create comprehensive reports for senior management.
Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and tools to track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
Work collaboratively with different departments to understand their data needs and provide customized reporting solutions.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular audits and validations.
Assist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting trends and insights that support strategic planning.
Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in data management and reporting.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Strong proficiency in Excel, database management, and data visualization tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
