Medical Devices Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Devices Recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter in this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across domains like Engineering, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years of experience in US staffing (preferably in Engineering / Medical Devices / Pharma) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for Engineering, Pharma, and Medical Devices roles
• Working closely with account managers and hiring teams to understand role requirements
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit
• Coordinating with candidates for interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Required Skills and Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection, and be familiar with job boards, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
