Blacksheep Labs Is Looking  : Chef Co-Founder for a New Food Brand at Blacksheep Labs

We’re building the next wave of delivery-first food brands under Blacksheep Labs — and we’re looking for a Chef Co-Founder to lead one flagship concept with us.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just love cooking — but wants to build a brand, shape a category and create a food identity that stands out in Mumbai’s fast-growing delivery scene.

What you’ll do :

• Lead menu creation & R&D for one brand
• Develop scalable, delivery-focused dishes & SOPs
• Build kitchen systems & quality standards
• Work closely with our branding, ops & growth teams
• Launch, evolve, and scale the brand across locations
