Roll -Service Management CMDB
Experience - 6 to 10 Years.
Location -Bangalore.
- Process Ownership : Develop, implement, and maintain CMDB processes, policies, and procedures in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Data Integrity & Quality : Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of configuration item data within the CMDB.
- Governance & Compliance : Enforce CMDB governance policies, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams (Service Desk, Incident, Change, and Problem Management) to support configuration management activities and resolve data issues.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, especially Configuration Management and Service Asset Management.
- Experience with CMDB tools (e.G., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
