We're looking for a Staff Engineer – DevOps, a highly experienced and hands-on technical leader in an Individual Contributor (IC) role. You will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, engineering standards, and platform capabilities that improve reliability, scalability, and developer productivity across multiple teams and environments.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay close to technology while leading cross-team initiatives, influencing design patterns, and guiding DevOps best practices across cloud infrastructure, CI / CD, observability, and security. You will work on a modern stack including Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry, and .NET / .NET Aspire-based applications.
