Role Description

This is an internship role for a WFM Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with workforce management tasks, including scheduling, tracking and reporting workforce metrics, and ensuring smooth operation of workforce management systems. This is a remote role, allowing the intern to work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling, tracking, and reporting workforce metrics
• Experience or knowledge in workforce management systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
