Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk blue-collar hiring and white-collar recruitment within the EV industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and ready to join immediately. You will play a key role in scaling our team by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across operational, technical, and corporate roles.

Key Responsiblities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across various functions.
  • Drive bulk hiring for field operations, drivers, technicians, and service staff.
  • Handle sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates through various channels (portals, referrals, agencies, field sourcing, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and urgent requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final rounds with functional heads.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in the ATS or hiring database.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure efficient workforce deployment and onboarding.

Qualification and Skills

  • 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or Automotive sector.
  • Strong expertise in bulk blue-collar hiring and white-collar recruitment.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end hiring independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of industry hiring trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
