Operations & Research Associate

Job descriptionManage daily operational tasks, documentation, and process hygiene to keep projects running efficiently. Assist in creating and improving frameworks, checklists, trackers, and standardized processes. Mobilize internal sales teams for large-scale projects and initiatives. Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor research to support strategy and business decision-making. Synthesize information into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations. Maintain a strong understanding of digital platforms, media ecosystems, and partner landscapes. Act as a bridge between Rooster Tale, partner platforms, and external agencies. Manage communication, expectations, and workflows with platform partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. Support localisation, adaptation, and scaling of external inputs for internal needs. Build compelling, well-structured presentations using Google Slides for pitches, strategy discussions, and reporting. Convert research, project outcomes, and insights into clean, digestible decks. Coordinate operational requirements for small-scale events, workshops, or activations. Support with feet-on-ground responsibilities as needed to ensure seamless execution. 1–3 years of experience in operations, project / program management, research, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Google Slides (formatting, structuring, and visual clarity). Strong organisational, multitasking, and documentation skills. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail. Good communication skills-written and verbal. Experience supporting cross-functional teams or multi-stakeholder projects. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Prior experience in operational, or coordination-focused roles. Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
