About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HRMS Payroll Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HRMS Payroll modules. The consultant will ensure seamless payroll operations, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective integration with HR and financial systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, coupled with a deep understanding of HR and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle HRMS Payroll modules based on client requirements.
- Conduct requirement analysis, design system configurations, and define workflows and approval hierarchies.
- Perform gap analysis and identify process improvements in payroll and HR operations.
- Configure Core HR, Payroll, ORC, Learning, Talent, Compensation, and related HCM modules.
- Develop and maintain custom roles, security profiles, and approval workflows.
- Integrate payroll with other HR and ERP systems; leverage HCM REST and SOAP APIs.
- Provide technical and functional support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and SQL.
- Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation cycles — from configuration and data migration to UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Deliver end-user training and maintain functional documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, scalable HCM solutions.
- Stay current with Oracle HRMS Payroll updates and new features to recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HRMS / HCM Payroll implementation and support.Strong understanding of payroll cycles, HR compliance, and statutory reporting.Technical proficiency with SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.Hands-on experience with HCM REST / SOAP APIs and integrations with ERP or third-party systems.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multi-location environment and deliver on project timelines.Why Join
