Job descriptionForecast material requirements based on sales planning Coordinate production plans with sales, purchase, manufacturing inline with the target. Align monthly production plans with sales forecasts Maintain optimal inventory levels through efficient inventory control Utilize SAP or other ERP systems for planning and execution – Strong SAP knowledge is a important requirement. Monitor FG (Finished Goods) and WIP (Work in Progress) status Minimize turnaround times and drive continuous improvement Support scheduling activities to ensure timely deliveries Strong analytical and planning skills Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP Knowledge UEOB, and turnaround strategies Proficiency in production scheduling and forecasting Excellent coordination and communication abilities Health insurance Provident Fund
Duties & Responsibilities :
Production Planning & Capacity Management :
- Monitor and analyze Plan vs. Actual performance and to achieve the daily target.
- Track and optimize plant capacity utilization.
- Assess and report manufacturing and product-wise capacity
- Manage and map UEOB (Unexecuted Order Booking)
- Strong Knowledge to handle Make to Order(MTO) and Make to Stock(MTS)

Educational Qualification :
B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
Experience :
8-10 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the bushing or transformer manufacturing industry

Pay : ₹500, ₹1,100,000.00 per year
