Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced

CNC Trainer

with over

10 years of hands-on experience

in CNC machining, programming, and process optimization within the

pharmaceutical and medical device industries . The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on CNC operations, precision machining, tooling, and quality compliance in regulated environments (GMP, ISO 13485). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of CNC technologies and strong mentoring skills to enhance the competency of operators, engineers, and technicians.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and deliver training modules on

CNC machine operation, setup, and maintenance

specific to pharma and medical device components.

Train participants on

CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak, etc.) , including G & M code writing and tool path optimization.

Conduct hands-on sessions on

CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining

with emphasis on precision and validation standards.

Educate trainees on

material selection, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy

relevant to medical-grade components.

Integrate

GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA-compliant machining practices

into training modules.

Develop and assess

training materials, manuals, and competency evaluation tools .

Conduct

skill assessments and certification tests

for CNC operators and engineers.

Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to align training with manufacturing requirements.

Provide guidance on

preventive maintenance, tool management, and fixture design

for CNC machines.

Stay updated on latest CNC technologies, automation, and digital manufacturing trends.

Required Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor’s / Diploma in

Mechanical / Production Engineering

or related field.

10+ years of experience

in CNC machining and programming, preferably in

pharma or medical device manufacturing environments .

Proven expertise in

CNC equipment (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak)

and related CAM software (Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM, etc.).

Strong understanding of

GMP, ISO 13485, and cleanroom manufacturing requirements .

Experience in

fixture design, process validation, and precision machining for tight-tolerance parts .

Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Hands-on exposure to

tool selection, cutting parameters, and cycle time optimization .

Knowledge of

automation and digital integration in CNC processes

(Industry 4.0 exposure preferred).
