Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Indore. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage product inventory, and optimize sales performance in alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, monitoring retail loss prevention measures, addressing customer needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also focus on maintaining a collaborative team environment to enhance operational efficiency and achieve sales goals.

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional in-store experiences
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with team members, customers, and management
• Proficiency in Store Management practices and operations
• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and implementing security measures
• Proven leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to store requirements and drive team performance
• Past experience in retail management or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline is advantageous
