Role Opportunity

We are looking for experienced, certified Anaplanners to join our Professional Services Team and deploy their knowledge and skillset to ensure that we support our customer base.

We put the customer at the centre of what we do and enabled by a tremendously powerful connected planning platform in Anaplan, we seek to enable our customers to improve decision-making by gaining transparency and visibility through business-owned models and turning response time into real-time, to make better decisions to enhance their businesses.

We have immediate full-time positions available in our Professional Services Team located in India and working remotely.

Reports to : TBC - Head of Delivery Excellence / Head of Customer Care

Key Responsibilities

Configuration of our Anaplan Accelerator models for customers by tailoring the template model to the customers' requirements and setting up data imports

Supporting our Managed Services customers by :

Troubleshooting and bug resolution in Anaplan models

Making requested model enhancements

Running routine Anaplan tasks

User and Security Management

Being part of an Anaplan project delivery team, working alongside colleagues in EMEA to deliver excellent Anaplan models to customers

Supporting internal Bedford projects and models by contributing to model design, development, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring internal Anaplan capabilities remain robust and scalable

At all times, communicating effectively and openly with your Bedford colleagues & customers.

Key Pre-Requisites

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills :

A background in multi-dimensional modelling.

2+ years’ experience of end-to-end model building with Anaplan. Certified Model Builder.

Demonstrate the ability to effectively build new Anaplan models under own guidance.

A track record in effectively supporting live Anaplan models for a platform user base.

Ability to understand requirements and transform into multi-dimensional models.

Strong Excel proficiency.

Data integration with other systems.

Excellent presentational, and communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand their planning needs.

A high level of professional maturity, responsibility, and motivation; driven to work effectively without constant supervision.

Have an attitude to continuously grow knowledge of business process according to industry and keep updated with latest Anaplan updates.

Desirable skills

Certified Anaplan Solution Architect.

Designing and building complex Anaplan Models.
