Job Description :
- Role Overview : Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Telecom and Unified Communications solutions, including video conferencing systems, through comprehensive testing and validation.
- Domain Expertise : Minimum 5 years of experience in the Telecom domain, specifically in Unified Communications and Video Conferencing.
- Networking & Protocols : Strong understanding of networking and telecom protocols including VOIP, SIP, RTP, H.264, OPUS, WebRTC. Exposure to CTI / JTAPI and CSTA protocols is a plus.
- Test Automation & Scripting : Proficient in Python scripting; experience with Python libraries, Selenium, and Robot Framework for test automation.
- Test Management : Expertise in test bed setup, test planning, test execution, defect reporting, and preparation of test reports.
- Agile Methodology : Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments; familiar with sprint cycles and iterative testing processes.
- Continuous Integration : Knowledge of CI / CD tools such as Jenkins for automated test execution and integration with development pipelines.
- Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
