Role Overview :
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and engage talent through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Manage recruitment lifecycle from screening to onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Maintain recruitment reports and ATS data
