Business Development Executive

Job descriptionIdentify potential clients in the education and training sector, including institutions, corporates, and edtech platforms. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. Understand client requirements and pitch tailored learning and training solutions. Maintain active communication with stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, delivery) for smooth onboarding and delivery. Track, manage, and report sales progress using CRM tools. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets. Minimum 2 year of experience in business development or client acquisition within the EdTech, eLearning, or education services industry . Proven ability to handle end-to-end sales cycles and build strong client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field. Experience working with schools, universities, training centers, or corporate learning and development (L&D) departments. Awareness of current EdTech trends and competitive landscape.
