CTC - Rs. 35,000 / - per month

Role Description :

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Design Manager who can blend creativity with strategy. The ideal candidate will not only manage our social media presence but also design engaging visuals that bring our brand's story to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, design, and marketing

This is an offline job with 6 days working ( 9am -6pm )

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree

2–4 years of experience in social media management & graphic design.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tool

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, festivals, and brand goals.

Write engaging, culturally relevant captions and copy for posts and ads.

Design creatives for posts, stories, reels, ads, and other digital campaigns.

Develop branding and marketing assets, including packaging, brochures, and event collaterals.

Edit short-form video content (reels, ads, product features) to boost engagement.

Track analytics and insights to improve performance and conversion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and timely delivery.

Stay updated with trends in design, culture, and social media algorithms.
