About the Role

Vedhik IAS Academy invites passionate educators, mentors, and UPSC aspirants to join our Foundation Programme Team for school-level civil services orientation. The role involves simplifying UPSC subjects for young learners, fostering analytical thinking, and nurturing civil service aspirations early.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive classes based on the structured Foundation syllabus.
• Simplify UPSC core subjects for school-level understanding.
• Prepare short notes, worksheets, and quizzes aligned with NCERT and UPSC frameworks.
• Develop topic-based MCQs and short assessments.
• Motivate students to build curiosity and critical thinking habits.
• Participate in academic review meetings and training sessions.
