Job Description-

• Experience : 6–8+ years in SAP SD with Customer Service (CS) Employment Type : [Full-time]
• Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned SAP CS Functional Consultant to lead and support SAP Customer Service module implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP CS, strong cross-functional integration skills, and hands-on experience with SM FSM as an asset.
• Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations and support projects across global landscapes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CS functional specifications.
• Configure SAP CS module including service orders, notifications, warranties, and contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FICO, PM) to ensure seamless integration. Drive workshops, blueprinting, testing, and go-live activities. Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements. Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.
• Work closely with technical teams to support custom developments and enhancements. Support OPTO integration scenarios and troubleshoot related issues. Required Skills
• Experience 6–8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CS module.
• Strong understanding of Customer service processes : Service orders – Inhouse, Field repair, Third party services, Service notification, Service contract, billing, warranties, and returns. Proven experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP CS implementations. Experience in S4 SM (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in SAP FSM Application usage. Integration knowledge with SD, MM, FICO, and PM modules.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional tracks. Preferred Qualifications Experience in S / 4HANA environments. Exposure to global rollouts and localization requirements.
