Job Opportunity – Data Modeler | Forecasting & Prediction

Location :

Bangalore (Whitefield) | Hybrid (3 days office / week)

Experience : 6+ years

Notice Period :

Immediate to 2 weeks – only apply if you can join early

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop logical and physical data models for forecasting and prediction use cases.

Work with large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.

Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and maintainability.

Document data definitions, structures, and design decisions.

Ensure data quality and consistency across systems.

Required Skills :

Strong experience in data modeling (dimensional, relational, semantic).

Proven track record in solving forecasting & prediction problems.

Proficient in SQL, Python, or R.

Hands-on with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).

Familiarity with statistical / machine learning models.

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

Retail, supply chain, or demand forecasting domain knowledge.

Understanding of data governance & best practices in data architecture.
