Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a

PPC Ads Manager

specializing in

Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

and

Google Ads

platforms. The PPC Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns to achieve The AI Surf’s growth goals.

The ideal candidate will manage ad budgets, conduct keyword research, craft high-performing ad creatives, and analyze performance data to maximize ROI. Collaboration with the content and marketing teams will be essential to ensure all campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across

Meta Ads

and

Google Ads .

Conduct

keyword research, audience segmentation,

and

competitive analysis .

Optimize campaigns regularly to improve

CTR, CPC, and ROAS .

Develop A / B tests for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.

Monitor performance metrics and generate insightful reports.

Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad visuals and copy.

Stay up to date with platform updates, AI marketing trends, and emerging advertising strategies.

Qualifications

2+ years

of proven experience managing campaigns on

Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

and

Google Ads .

Strong skills in

Marketing, Advertising, and Sales strategies.

Excellent

communication

and

project management

abilities for seamless team collaboration.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.

Ability to thrive in a

dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience in

AI-related industries or technologies

is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Advertising, Business,

or a related field.
