Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience managing machine learning teams. 10+ years of experience in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable machine learning systems. Proficiency in Python, GEN AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and Graph Analytics. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills, with a focus on delivering results in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with operating machine learning solutions at scale, covering the entire ML workflow.
Role Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement data science strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead the development and optimization of machine learning models using Python and relevant tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of ML professionals, fostering growth and technical skills across the engineering teams.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, ensuring best practices are followed for model development and implementation.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with company strategy.
