Genesys AI Developer

Position Description :

• Genesys Cloud CX with Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DX
• Bot and NLP development using Genesys AI tools
• Experience in building Conversational IVR, chatbots, and voicebots
• Integration with third-party NLP engines like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson
• Strong knowledge of Genesys Architect Flows and call routing
• Hands-on experience with Bot Flows, Intents, Slot Filling, and Training datasets
• Python / JavaScript for custom logic in bot integrations
• REST APIs for system integrations
• Experience with Google Cloud / AWS for deploying AI services
• Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) APIs
• Experience with CRM and backend integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
