Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The role involves directly supporting the sales team in increasing revenue by handling Create Leads, Prepare Quotation, Quotation Fallup & Negotiation, order processing, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, coordinating with clients, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with various internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
Mandatory Qualifications
Compulsory having experience in Inside Marketing OR Inside Sales with Engineering or manufacturing industries only.
Fluency in English & Computer
Candidate should be Ahmedabad resident only
Candidate having minimum 5 years experience in Inside Marketing OR Inside Sales
Qualifications
Expertise in Inside Sales and Order Processing
Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills for maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in managing sales records and coordination across departments
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role is advantageous
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
