About the Role
We are looking for a Product & Delivery Associate with a strong background in AI SaaS / Computer Vision based solution delivery . She / He will act as the primary customer interface , responsible for gathering requirements, documentation, translating them into actionable tasks for the engineering team, managing execution through tools like JIRA, and ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery . Further, will also be responsible to jointly work with the Product Owner to define the product roadmap and structure client requirements into the pipeline.
This role requires someone who can independently lead projects, maintain product lifecycle, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has previously led end-to-end technology or AI projects and is confident in managing customer relationship, delivery execution and product charter .
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Client stakeholder management.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions , understand customer objectives, document the requirements and translate them into clear deliverables.
- Set realistic expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Represent the project in client meetings, reviews, and steering committees .
Product & Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in coordination with the Solution Owner and engineering team.Own the product charter.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports .Manage and track progress through JIRA , ensuring sprint goals and timelines are met.Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.Facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as required.Team Coordination & Communication
Communicate requirements and priorities clearly to engineering, AI / ML, and QA teams .Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation .Follow up on task progress, resolve blockers, and maintain accountability.Document all key decisions, dependencies, and deliverables for traceability.Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and share weekly and monthly project reports with stakeholders.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project status, risks, and key metrics .Track and report on resource utilization, milestone completion, and sprint performance .Key Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Project / Product Management , with relevant experience in AI / Computer Vision or SaaS-based solution delivery .Proven experience in client-facing roles , managing enterprise or government customers.Strong background in requirement gathering, documentation, and delivery oversight .Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools .Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects independently .Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills .Preferred Skills
Degree in Engineering / Sciences.Familiarity with AI / ML, Computer Vision, or data-driven platforms .
