About the Role

We are looking for a Product & Delivery Associate with a strong background in AI SaaS / Computer Vision based solution delivery . She / He will act as the primary customer interface , responsible for gathering requirements, documentation, translating them into actionable tasks for the engineering team, managing execution through tools like JIRA, and ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery . Further, will also be responsible to jointly work with the Product Owner to define the product roadmap and structure client requirements into the pipeline.

This role requires someone who can independently lead projects, maintain product lifecycle, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has previously led end-to-end technology or AI projects and is confident in managing customer relationship, delivery execution and product charter .

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Client stakeholder management.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions , understand customer objectives, document the requirements and translate them into clear deliverables.
• Set realistic expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Represent the project in client meetings, reviews, and steering committees .
