Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Team Member based in Chandigarh. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting thorough market research, engaging in sales initiatives, and executing customer service tasks. The role also involves contributing to client relationship management and supporting the team in achieving its business goals through marketing efforts.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build and maintain relationships
• Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and create data-driven plans
• Proficiency in Sales-related tasks with a strategic approach to achieving targets and driving business growth
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in utilizing marketing tools and software; familiarity with digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a marketing role, especially in the professional services industry, is advantageous
