We are currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help us find the best talent across various domains.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with active access to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using to source, engage, and close candidates across multiple technical roles. You will play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Recruitment : Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Talent Sourcing : Use and other sourcing platforms to identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier candidates, especially in tech roles (AWS, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess candidate fit for roles, and collaborate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria.
• Job Posting & Promotion : Create and manage job postings across and other recruitment platforms, ensuring a consistent employer brand message.
• Collaborative Hiring : Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand role requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment in the recruitment process.
• Candidate Experience : Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Market Intelligence : Stay updated on current market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
• Reporting : Track and report recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to HR and senior management on hiring progress and pipeline health.
