Job Description :

Worked on the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules — with hands-on expertise in at least two of the following :

Absence Management

Core HR

Payroll Compensation

Benefits

ORC

OTL.

Conduct detailed requirement analysis and solution design workshops with business stakeholders to map requirements to Oracle HCM capabilities.

Perform advanced configuration and personalization of HCM modules, including flexfields, approval workflows (BPM), and role-based security setups.
