Location : Bangalore

Experience : 7+ years

Work Schedule : 5 days a week

Work Mode : Work from Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Lagacy & emerging tech stacks ( web & Data)

Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring process. Ie, Source, screen, validate and close candidates across major tech stacks

Stack holder management experience is a plus.

Experience in using / working on ATS tools.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top talent.

Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines in the data technology domain .

Stay updated on market trends within the data & analytics landscape .

Experience in hiring both contract & full time ( executive hiring experience is nice to have )

Well versed in hiring talents through social media – linked in etc.

Candidates have to be self driven / work with very minimal hand holding.

Willing to work all 5 days from Office.( on Weekends when required )

Desired Skills & Experience :

6–9 years of proven IT recruitment experience.

Strong understanding of data technology landscape (Data Engineering, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake,Python,Gen AI / ML).

Excellent communication , negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education :

B.Sc in Computer Science / B.Tech (or equivalent).

Knowledge of the data technology ecosystem is a must .
