Job descriptionOversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from NetSuite ERP and other data sources into NSAW. Collaborate with technical teams to configure and customize NSAW for business-specific needs. Integrate NSAW with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and other BI tools where required. Define and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance. Establish and enforce security protocols, user roles, and access controls for NSAW. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and analytics teams. Engage with stakeholders to ensure adoption and effective use of NSAW solutions. Troubleshoot performance issues, integration challenges, and user-reported errors. Stay updated with Oracle NetSuite and analytics industry trends, recommending improvements where relevant. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in BI / analytics architecture, with at least 2+ years working with NSAW. Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP data structures, schema, and integration methods. Proven expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and semantic modeling. Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), BI Publisher, or similar reporting tools. Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and API integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Oracle or NetSuite certifications in Analytics or ERP. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with cloud data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance regulations.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize our cloud-based analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design of NSAW solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and performance. This role requires deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP data structures, data modeling, and integration with analytics platforms.
