Job Title : Sales Support Specialist

Shift : EST time / Evening (5.30 pm to 2.30 am)
JOB DESCRIPTION : The primary purpose of the Sales Support Specialist is to provide support to CBTS Senior / Account Managers and Equipment Specialists by quoting and ordering hardware and software, scheduling installation for those products, and providing overall sales support surrounding the delivery of CBTS products and services.
Essential Functions
Experience
5+ years of experience preferred
Previous experience in a sales or sales support role, preferably in a technical field
Experience interfacing with customers
Working knowledge of various product lines, such as Avaya, Cisco, HP, IBM, Dell, Lenovo, EMC, Juniper, Oracle, and / or other IT and telecom-related manufacturers would be advantageous
Previous experience implementing or supporting any of the aforementioned product lines
Education
Two years of College / Technical School resulting in an Associate's Degree or equivalent
