Fermentation and Pastry Artisan

Sour House is a bakery / cafe located in Koramangala Bengaluru, focused on manufacturing high-quality bread, pastries, fermented drinks & dips and more.

We are currently looking for Commis chef (Commi 1 or 2) to work with our bakery team to make breakfast pastries, breads etc

• Should have at least 1 year experience working in a commercial bakery
• Should have good experience making croissants in bulk
• Should be able to work independently and efficiently
• Should be able to consistently make good quality food and curious enough to innovate and create new items for the menu
