Any Diploma or Graduate with 2–3 years of proven experience as a CCE, CRM, or ITES Trainer Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to apply diverse training methodologies tailored to the audience profile Proven leadership and motivational skills with a focus on learner engagement Excellent people management and facilitation abilities In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques Proficiency in managing all phases of the training lifecycle, from planning to evaluation
