Associate Director - Inside Sales

Role Summary :

The Associate Director – Inside Sales will lead and drive the overall inside sales strategy, execution, and performance to achieve the organization’s revenue and growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining KPIs, mentoring high-performing teams, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s go-to-market goals.

This position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on sales leadership to scale operations, enhance lead qualification efficiency, and deliver consistent results across global markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the inside sales strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development to align lead generation and pipeline-building efforts.
  • Implement sales enablement tools, CRM best practices, and performance analytics for process optimization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Provide regular insights and forecasts to senior leadership on sales performance and growth opportunities.
  • Qualification and Experience

  • Education : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience : 6-8 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Key Skills : `

  • Soft Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Skills : Proven experience in B2B SaaS or Identity & Access Management (IAM); familiarity with IT / Procurement personas is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
