Job descriptionBIM Development : The creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Collaboration : Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model. Model Coordination : Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins. Standards Compliance : Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations. Project Management : Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables. Quality Assurance : Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Service Knowledge : Should have decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services Basic Design Knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years plus experience with a Diploma / Degree in Engineering. Should be an expert in using Revit & Navisworks
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.
