Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning and growing within the organization. Responsibilities

Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

Prepare 3D visuals, presentations, and material selections.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and contractors to ensure project quality.

Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

Support senior designers in project execution and client management.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

1–4 years of interior design experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D visualization software.

Strong creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our chain of coffee shops. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the F&B industry, particularly in coffee or tea outlets, and be passionate about maintaining high operational standards, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Operations : Supervise daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure consistency in quality, service, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Sales & Performance : Monitor and drive branch-level sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Team Management : Recruit, train, and mentor staff and interns to build a motivated, customer-focused team.
• Complaint Handling : Address customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively to maintain brand reputation.
• Process Implementation : Standardize operational processes, SOPs, and checklists across all branches.
• Inventory & Cost Control : Manage stock levels, vendor coordination, wastage, and overall cost efficiency.
• Training & Development : Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, service etiquette, and sales techniques.
