Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Alphabulls Academy located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for making calls to potential clients, handling inquiries, and providing information about our courses. Additionally, the Telecaller will assist in scheduling appointments for our sales team and maintaining call records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telesales or customer service
• Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries efficiently
• Basic knowledge of investment and stock market concepts
• Fluency in Bengali and English languages
• Previous experience in the education or finance industry is a plus
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
