About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Director / Head of Engineering to lead our Data Engineering and Tech team. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical depth, architectural leadership, and strategic vision . You will play a key role in scaling our technology, building robust infrastructure, and shaping the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Leadership : Drive end-to-end architecture and execution for data pipelines, APIs, and backend systems.
• Data Engineering : Design and oversee large-scale data platforms, ETL pipelines, and analytics infrastructure (Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
• Backend Engineering : Architect and optimize microservices and APIs for high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Technical Strategy : Translate business vision into technical roadmaps in collaboration with product and business teams.
• Team Management : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team; establish best practices in design, coding, and DevOps.
• Innovation & Quality : Drive engineering excellence, CI / CD, and code quality.
• Scalability : Build and manage systems capable of handling massive data volumes and rapid user growth.
