Job Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Advisor to join our team for a full-time on-site role. You will be responsible for understanding clients’ preferences, offering tailored travel solutions, and ensuring a seamless booking process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals.

Provide expert advice on destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

Design, plan, and curate international tour packages, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and transfers.

Handle bookings efficiently using travel systems, ensuring all arrangements are confirmed and delivered on time.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a customer-first approach.

Coordinate with global travel partners to negotiate rates, secure bookings, and provide clients with the best options.

Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to design and promote new tours and programs.

Engage in post-trip follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and improve service quality.

Contact potential clients to promote travel packages and services, generate leads with high conversion into clients.

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience of 5 years as a Travel Advisor, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office, booking systems and travel software (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Sabre).

Strong understanding of geography, travel destinations, and cultural nuances.

Up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance policies, and travel regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach.

Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask.

Ability to work in a team and also take initiative independently
