Responsibilities
Experience as SAP SD functional expertFacilitate the implementation and support of SAP SDPerform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirementsMap client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.Design, customize, configure and testing of SDIdentify gaps, issues and work around solutions.Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting : investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;Document functional designs, test cases and results.Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancementsProvide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projectsAct as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.Provide ad-hoc training and user support as requiredQualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT or MCA / MBAPreferred Qualifications / Skills
Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with a team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
