Job Description
As a skilled Service Desk Expertise , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor the network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) for optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Provide initial support for network incidents and service requests, escalating to higher levels as necessary.
- Diagnose basic networking issues, including connectivity problems, DNS issues, or VPN connectivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with network concepts (TCP / IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.Knowledge of diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, PRTG, SolarWinds).Personal Qualities :
