Key Responsibilities
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire B2B sales process from initial contact through to proposal submission, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
- Bid Management : Develop clear win strategies, identify differentiators, and ensure compelling price points.
- Project Coordination : Create timelines, assign roles, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proposal Writing : Craft compelling bid proposals, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.
- Cost Analysis : Understand and coordinate accurate cost breakdowns and pricing strategies.
- Compliance Management : Ensure bids adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Review and Refinement : Organize reviews to refine proposals, incorporating feedback for a compelling final product.
- Post-Bid Activities : Follow up with clients after bid submission, address questions, and manage contract execution if successful.
