Position Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern - Fresher to join our dynamic HR team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in talent acquisition. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, supporting various tasks such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling, while contributing to the overall recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing : Support in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Candidate Screening : Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
• Job Posting & Advertisement : Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on different platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract top talent.
• Interview Coordination : Help schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Communication : Provide timely updates to candidates, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Database Management : Assist in maintaining an organized candidate database, ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated.
• Offer Letter Preparation : Support in drafting offer letters and onboarding documents, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Recruitment Metrics : Assist in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
• Employer Branding Support : Contribute to promoting the company's employer brand through social media and other platforms.
• Talent Pipeline Development : Support in building and nurturing a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for specific roles.
• Event Coordination : Assist in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars to enhance the company's visibility and attract talent.
