Role Description

This is a full-time, work-from-office role for an Executive Search Partner located in Mumbai / Gurugram / Bengaluru. It's a revenue-generating, market-facing role responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing top executives in specialist roles. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, conducting in-depth research to identify suitable leaders, assessing them, and matching them to enterprise requirements. Also be the face of Xpheno in Industry forums and in media interactions.

• 10 years of Search experience
• External Orientation and Enterprise Relationships
• Consulting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Executive Search and Interviewing
• Strong Research skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in relevant industries is a plus (e.g., BFSI, Life Sciences, Consumer & Retail, Automotive, Construction, Infrastructure, IT)
• Bachelor's degree and above
