Job Overview : PersolKelly is seeking talented and enthusiastic Mid-Level IT Recruiters to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, Sourcing screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing : Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Candidate Screening : Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration.

Interview Coordination : Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracker.

Skills and Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end IT recruitment processes.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Experience working in the APAC market is highly preferred.
