Role - AGM Architecture
Role Objective : The incumbent is responsible for developing architectural designs and managing timely deliverables as per project management requirements. In this role, there is a particular focus on collaborating with the various consultants and internal teams to ensure that quality projects are delivered to the customer on time.
Key Responsibilities
Quality of Design
- Work closely with top leadership to create the product concept and design brief
- Value additions in space planning and design
- Specifications of the projects and decision-making
Interdepartmental Communication
Anchor close coordination among all departments and the external consultants working on the projectReview drawings facilitate information flow between various teamsMaintain close communication and respond to all issues on timeDeliverables to Project Management at all sites
Perform design reviews, evaluate detailed design documents and ensure adherence to company standardsEvaluate the performance of consultants to ensure adherence to Lodha quality standards and drive the timely execution of all deliverablesDecision-making on critical issuesSite Execution
Address site conditions and their implications.Inspect project execution at sites and validate adherence to the designsWork with all stakeholders to resolve any bottlenecks at sitesProcess implementation

Qualification : B.Arch
Practice and Other Requirements : 14 - 16 years of experience
