Network Delivery Manager

Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.

Vendor Management : Experience in managing relationships with vendors and service providers.

Educational Background :

Bachelor s Degree : A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field is often required.

Master s Degree : An advanced degree, such as an MBA or a Master s in a related field, can be advantageous.

Certifications :

Networking : Certifications such as Cisco s CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant networking certifications.

ITIL : ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification for IT service management.

Project Management : Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.

Experience :

Work Experience : 15+ years of experience in network management, IT project management, or a related field.

Leadership Experience : 8+ Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
