Define and drive the roadmap of AI-powered products by translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable, technically feasible solutions, while aligning closely with engineering and research teams.
This role is well-suited for :
- Experienced Product Managers with analytical depth, or
- Data scientists / healthcare AI experts looking to transition into product management
You will be responsible for driving new AI initiatives end-to-end-scoping opportunities, validating them with data, and delivering products that scale responsibly.
Primary Responsibilities :
Identify and evaluate AI / ML opportunities in US healthcare by combining market insight with hands-on data explorationWrite and execute SQL and Python queries / scripts to analyze datasets and validate hypothesesPartner with data science teams to prototype, test, and refine models before productionDefine and own product vision, roadmap, and success metricsCollaborate with engineering, clinical, and business teams to deliver high-quality, compliant AI productsEnsure responsible AI practices and alignment with healthcare regulatory standardsTranslate complex technical details into clear business value propositionsDesigning AI solutionNotion, Jira, Figma (for wireframes), Power BI, LangChain (for prototyping)Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and / or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and / or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and / or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Hands-on experience in data science / AI / ML projects (model development, validation, or deployment)Roadmap Planning : Experience in building and managing product roadmaps, especially for AI / ML-driven featuresSolid understanding of US healthcare data (claims, clinical, EHR)LLM Architecture & RAG Systems : Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings (Azure AI Search, Databricks), and semantic searchEthical AI & Governance Awareness : Understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and model transparencyAgentic AI & Orchestration : Familiarity with autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and CrewAIProficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory)Proven AI fluency (LLMs, ML lifecycle, GenAI capabilities)#exetech
